HISTORY COLLECTIVE: CENTRAL DISTRICT
BHS will join a panel of community stakeholder organizations for this event.
History Collective curates conversations and storytelling about the preservation and history of Seattle neighborhoods from community members, artists, historians, business owners, and residents.
Historic Seattle is pleased to present the next History Collective, in partnership with HistoryLink, on Thursday, February 25, 2021. The conversation will accompany HistoryLink’s Walking Tour of Seattle’s Central District neighborhood.
Prior to this virtual event, we encourage you to take the self-guided walking tour – then join us on February 25th for a follow-up conversation on lessons from the past that are informing the future of Seattle’s Black Community in the Central District and beyond. The full lineup of speakers to be announced!
