Corresponding Secretary

The Corresponding Secretary shall be responsible for the general correspondence of the organization; that is, correspondence which is not a function of other offices or committees, and shall read the same at meetings. The Corresponding Secretary shall be responsible for distributing the Agenda prior to meetings of the Board of Directors.
